⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent clinic, especially for emergency treatment and people working abroad

I want to share my experience with Dream Dental Clinic because, as an international truck driver, finding a dental clinic that can actually accommodate my situation can be extremely difficult.

I originally contacted another dental clinic located only about 5–10 minutes away called Digital Detal Clinic. Unfortunately, I had a lot of difficulties arranging an appointment and I had some disagreements about the treatment I needed.

In my case, some of my crowns had come loose and I only needed a simple temporary emergency fix — basically having the crown cemented back in place. My crowns are already covered by my regular dental clinic in Istanbul, where I will deal with any permanent treatment. Right now, I simply needed something practical that would last until I could get home.

This is important because I work internationally and can be in Slovakia today, Germany tomorrow, and Spain or Portugal a few days later. I can travel thousands of kilometres across Europe while working, and I cannot simply go home whenever I have a dental problem.

That's why I was extremely happy to find Dream Dental Clinic.

The communication was excellent. They have a website and WhatsApp, and when I contacted them, I received a response within 5 minutes. Booking was easy, getting information was easy, and the pricing was clearly explained and very affordable.

The location is also very convenient for truck drivers. I was able to park my truck less than five minutes from the clinic, which is a huge advantage when you're driving a 40-ton vehicle.

The pricing was also very reasonable compared with what I had been quoted elsewhere. Another clinic Digital Dent was quoting me over €300-400 just for dealing with the crown, including additional diagnostics and an X-ray. I understand that these procedures can be appropriate when full treatment is required, but that wasn't what I needed at that moment and the other clinic insisted and were denying to proceed without them.

I explained that I wanted a temporary emergency solution, and Dream Dental Clinic respected that. They did not pressure me into treatment I didn't need at this exact moment. They performed exactly what I came for, professionally and carefully, while also explaining the situation, what they were doing, and what might need to be done in the future.

I left the clinic extremely satisfied.

In fact, the first thing I did afterwards was tell my colleagues about the clinic. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone working abroad who suddenly needs emergency dental treatment, especially other truck drivers who know how difficult it can be to reach a dentist with a truck. Some of my colleagues flat out cry sometimes from being utterly helpless and unable to reach an affordable clinic abroad even for emergency fix or repair.

Easy to contact, easy to book, easy to reach, affordable, professional, and respectful of what the patient actually needs.

Hopefully I won't need another emergency dental appointment anytime soon 😂, but if something happens again, I'm definitely coming back. 100%.

Thank you to the entire team at Dream Dental Clinic you are the best!

Poznám Dr. Okhnycha osobne a môžem ho odporučiť ako veľmi kvalitného odborníka s precíznym a profesionálnym prístupom. Dream Dental Clinic je podľa mňa dobrá voľba pre pacientov, ktorí hľadajú vysoký štandard stomatologickej starostlivosti.

Úžasná klinika!!! 100/10
